To create this gin we invited residents of Liverpool who have moved from Ukraine to collaborate on a recipe.
Featuring lemon and thyme, this gin is bursting with citrus flavours from the finest botanicals. Handcrafted in traditional copper stills in our Distillery on Castle Street, Liverpool.
